Minimum screening criteria include a credit score of 675 and combined gross monthly income equal to at least three times the monthly rent. Applications that do not meet income or credit standards may be considered with an approved cosigner. Additional conditions may apply.
Applicants must have no prior evictions, no outstanding balances owed to current or previous landlords, and satisfactory rental history. Criminal history is evaluated in accordance with applicable Fair Housing guidelines.
All applicants are screened using the same objective criteria. Screening standards are applied consistently.
