Featured Story - Vendor Appreciation
I finished mudding, taping, texturing, and painting the drywall in my 9×7 home office. I called the project “Vendor Appreciation” because I learned the hard way how much skill it takes to make finishing work look easy. It made me a better property manager overnight — especially when it comes to sequencing, standards, and vendor respect.
