Hello! I am the owner of Garnet Property Management in Moscow, Idaho. Having called Moscow home for over 24 years, I am a proud Vandal alum with a deep appreciation for our community. My background includes extensive experience at the area’s largest residential property management firm, where I helped oversee a diverse portfolio of over 1,400 units. Through this background, I developed a vast network of local contacts and a thorough understanding of our unique Palouse area college town rental market. These technical skills allow me to manage properties of all sizes with confidence. I am excited to bring this local insight to Garnet Property Management, ensuring every property is managed with care and precision while continuing the legacy that began in July 2017.
