Hello!  We are Tim and Jennifer, co-owners of Garnet Property Management in Moscow, Idaho.  We started Garnet Property Managment in July 2017, shortly after we purchased our first investment property.  Although we are both engineers by trade, we’ve always had an interest in real estate.  We’ve bought, remodeled, and sold several homes over the past 22 years (16 years on the Palouse).  We’ve found that real estate, if selected and managed properly, is an excellent investment.   Our remodeling, investing and engineering experience makes us better landlords and keeps our properties cash flowing.
